 We had two beautiful homes built by the Denovo Developments Ltd team in the past five years. What a fantastic team to work with, if you want a builder with experience, professionalism, honesty and absolutely cares about the interests and needs of their customers and takes great pride in the quality of work and craftsmanship, I would highly recommend this company. The homes were fairly priced and we saved a considerable amount of money choosing to move to a rural area with the commute to work into the city still reasonable. The flexibility and cooperation within the Denovo team was second to none, like most people we had a few minor changes after our initial sit down, they bent over backwards to ensure we were totally happy with our project. I discussed with the builder some what closer to the end of the project that if possible I’d like to complete a bedroom downstairs to surprise my teenage son, they went out of their way and accommodated my request. In addition, like any new home there’s always a few bugs to work out, they responded each and every time in a timely and effective manner. On the first home, I left much of the creativity to their team, I was living outside the province and returning back home for work. They kept me updated throughout the project and when we arrived to take possession it was built far beyond our expectations and the landscaping was beautiful. After out growing our first home we choose Denovo again to tackle our second project, we had the exact same experience except this time I was able to watch the progress. Although a little long winded, if your looking for a reputable builder that’s honest and cares about the work they do and will do what it takes to ensure your happy with your home project I would certainly recommend Denovo Developments you won’t be disappointed.
